At Airducter, we're proud to support the next generation of tradespeople by providing meaningful work experience opportunities.
This week, we welcomed Isabella, a Certificate II in Engineering student, for her vocational work placement with our fabrication team.
Throughout the week, Isabella gained valuable hands-on experience in our workshop, learning about sheet metal fabrication, workshop safety, engineering processes, and the skills required to manufacture quality products. Under the guidance of our experienced team, she had the opportunity to observe and participate in a range of practical tasks, helping her develop industry knowledge and confidence in a real workplace environment.
It's great to see young people taking an interest in engineering and the trades, and we're pleased to play a small role in helping students explore future career pathways.
A big thank you to our workshop team for sharing their knowledge and mentoring the next generation.
We wish Isabella all the best with her studies and future engineering trade.
