This house renovation in Greystanes required the old deck to be extended and the old decking replaced. The choice of treated pine is more economical than other hardwoods and with the choice of 135mm wide boards it provides a more modern luxury feel.

Here is a Deck refurbishment in toongabbie, the deck had prolonged exposure to the elements rendering it unsafe and falling apart.
The task was to replace the old boring treated pine with merbau which is more durable, harder wearing and gives it that natural pop of colour.
The back of the deck was also extended to make it a usable space in comparison to what was.
The hand rail was rebuilt using full length merbau post giving them strength from the footing right up to the handrail.
Stainless steel wire was installed as the finishing touch providing a practical function while complementing the natural hardwood.

Welcome to JSK Building! I have been working as a carpenter for the last 10 years while working for various builders through out Sydney. I have recently decided to start my own business and would be more than happy to provide a quote for any carpentry works.

JSK Building operates in all aspects of carpentry from structural framing to finish works such as cladding and internal fix outs. Works that I have recently completed include, decks, custom laundry cupboard (design, supply & install), and a full house reno which included; laying of new floors, skirting and doors, installation of a brand new kitchen, alteration to bathroom framework, bathroom wall lining and plastering repairs.
