Thanks to the team at AOR cranes for making the task a whole lot easier, 60 bags of sand, soil and gravel to give the landscaping works a big push. It was a tight fit, but it all got done. Thanks to the boys from Shape Landscapes for their handy work on shovels.

Our Mosman project is nearing completion and it’s great to see things coming together. The custom helical staircase connects all three levels and serve as a striking focal point upon entering the home.
Big thanks to the team for fabricating and installing the steel structure, and to the Gyproc team for their precise work wrapping the central helical column. Watch this space for further updates to come as we near completion.

Scaffolding removal has highlighted the stunning combination of off form walls and Sho Shugi Ban Cladding. Great to see the placement of today’s burnished topping slab completed at our Whiting Beach project.
This polished concrete surface—featuring integrated hydronic heating for warmth underfoot—forms the welcoming entry floor that elegantly wraps around the spiral staircase connecting all three levels of the home.

Weighing in at 180kg this custom front door is a masterpiece. The solid timber door was wrapped in treated brass skin thanks to the team .The high quality craftsmanship and detail finish is impressive. Installed and finished by the Watershed Team, we are truly happy with the outcome. The door pivots on pivot hinge and includes 2 drop down weatherstrips to minimise draft issues on the top and bottom edges.
