We often get asked the same questions about the services and equipment we use, so we thought we’d put some of the most common ones together here for everyone to have a look at

Q: Do you do thermal imaging?
A: Yes. ✅ We use a FLIR E96 Advanced Thermal Imaging Camera — one of the world’s leading professional thermal imaging cameras and one of the highest-performing cameras in its class.
We also use a Termatrac iTracker Pro with built-in thermal imaging, providing a convenient everyday diagnostic tool for identifying basic temperature variations and areas that may require further investigation.
Thermal imaging is used as a general diagnostic tool to identify temperature variations and areas requiring further investigation, including water leaks, plumbing issues, moisture-related problems, temperature anomalies within walls and ceilings, and issues within concrete.
We’ve even used thermal imaging on truck engines to identify temperature variations across the engine block and diagnose a failing injector.

Q: Do you do pre-purchase termite and timber pest inspections?
A: Yes. ✅ All inspections are carried out in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards, with full inspection reports supplied following every inspection.

Q: Do you have inspection cameras, borescopes or endoscopes?
A: Yes. ✅ We have a range of colour inspection cameras, borescopes and articulating, steerable endoscopes, with snake tube lengths from 1 metre up to 2.8 metres.
Our articulating borescopes can be directed around multiple corners directly from the handpiece, allowing us to inspect areas that would otherwise be impossible to inspect without cutting into walls, removing materials or pulling things apart.
They require an opening of only approximately 6–7 mm and can capture photos and video recordings, which can be incorporated into inspection reports and supplied in PDF format.

Q: Do you install and maintain termite management systems?
A: Yes. ✅ We install and maintain virtually every major type and manufacturer of termite management system for NEW BUILDS, POST-CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS.
✅ Termite reticulation pipe systems — full under-slab systems, around the perimeter of your home, beneath footpaths and other external concrete areas. They can also be installed in subfloor areas around plumbing, foundations and stumps. The system can be replenished for years and years to come, allowing the perimeter soil treatment to be renewed without drilling holes through your precious concrete.

✅ Perimeter termite barrier systems installed on top of the concrete slab and beneath the base plate, also forming part of the damp-proof course (DPC).
