The lemur enclosure is taking shape! 🏗️🐾
The Allen Built crew has been busy with earthworks, footing formwork and underground services, laying the groundwork for the next stage of this exciting project.
There’s plenty happening below ground before the enclosure starts rising above it. A great effort from everyone on site!

Progress at the Hobart Perio Clinic 🛠️

A quick walkthrough of our project at 29 Patrick Street. Ground floor framing is in place, services rough-in is progressing, and the first floor is taking shape with the new stairs installed.

Great work from our Allen Built crew and the trades helping bring this specialist dental clinic together.

Earthworks and footing construction are well underway on our lemur enclosure project, with the Allen Built team laying the foundations for the next stage.
It’s not every day we get to build for clients like these—and the views from site aren’t bad either!
A big thanks to our team and subcontractors for their hard work. We’re looking forward to sharing more as this unique project comes together.

A tight squeeze on site! 🚧🏗️
Getting trucks, containers and cranes into a site like this takes alot of willpower.
A little behind-the-scenes look at the logistics that go into our projects at Allen Built. Every site brings its own challenges—and working through them is all part of the job.

Three major Allen Built projects are taking shape across Hobart:

🏗️ Lemur Enclosure — groundworks are underway, laying the foundations for the 750m2 enclosure.

🔥 Kirksway Place — progressing the fire-stairs upgrade to improve safety and compliance.

🦷 Perio Dental Clinic — the structure is rising as we work towards the first-floor level.

A great effort from our team and subcontractors keeping these projects moving safely and efficiently. We look forward to sharing more progress soon.
