We wanted to share with you an email we received from one of our many valued customers.
For a long time we've been trying to put in to words what we strive to achieve, this email sums it up perfectly.
We are so proud of Matt and how he has taken to the electrical industry and upholding whats important to our business, being, quality customer service and workmanship. Matt was only 1 year old when we started our business back in 1989, so I guess you can say he has experience beyond his years. It's good for us to know that the hard work we've put in over the years will carry on after we've put our feet up and our customers will continue to receive the service they so rightly deserve.
Many thanks for your support Lyn, it's customers like you who appreciate the little things we do that help set us apart from the rest.

The past 6 months have been insane for us, both personally and in business. We'd like to say a massive thank you and well done to Matt. He has stepped up to the plate and looked after our customers brilliantly while life has been crazy for us. He has managed the crazy period around Christmas like a pro and still kept his sense of humour, we can't express our gratitude enough. Life threw us a major curve ball and has kept Anthony and I very busy over the past 6 months. Thankfully, it is all sorted out now so we can get back to a normal life.
We'd also like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding, we truly appreciate each and everyone one of you. As a way of saying thank you we are offering 10% off labour for all bookings taken by the end of March, (even if the work is to be done later), just mention this post when you call to make your booking.

SCAM ALERT!!!!
For sometime now we've been sending a text message when we send an email with invoice attached letting our customers now of a crazy scam that's been going on for a while now. I thought it might be an idea to let you all now about it so you don't get stung by it.
The scammers are intercepting emails with invoices or accounts and changing the bank details for payments, they then forward the email on to the intended recipient. When the account is paid it goes to the scammers account instead of the biller. From what we understand the authorities don't know if the sender or receiver's email has been hacked so it's unclear who has the responsibility for the debt. A terrible situation to be in.
To help you feel safer we send a text message with our details when we send the invoice and encourage customers to give us a call if they have any concerns.
Sadly, we have now had a couple of customers who know someone that has been a victim of this scam. Get the word out to all your friends and family, confirm all payment information directly with the person you are paying. There are big and small companies who have been affected by this scam, no one is safe from it.
Hope this information can help save you or one of your loved ones a lot of money and heartache.

BRRRRRRRR! just stepped outside and the wind is back, better grab a jacket it's cold out there.
Feeling the cold wind reminded me to remind you to check your ceiling fans are set to winter mode or reverse, if you're heating your house. Doing this can make such a huge difference, not only to your energy bill but to the comfort of your home. Anthony and Matt were on a job just the other day when the customer told them how their house was freezing, even with the fire going. They have high ceilings which can make the area hard to heat. The customer remembered the reverse mode on his ceiling fans and switched them over, in no time they were ripping their jumpers off, made a huge difference.

Hello to all our wonderful customers.
It's been a while since we've made a post, the last few years have just been a tad crazy for all, so I guess we didn't really know what to say but we're back and planning to keep our page updated with special deals, helpful information and news that we hope you'll find interesting.
For this post we have some exciting news. Our son and apprentice, Matt, is now a fully qualified electrician. We are very proud of him and all he has done with his life. He's never one to follow the trend but rather follows his own dreams and has had some amazing adventurers along the way. We have loved watching him grow in the business, not only on the technical side of things but also getting to know our customers and listening to what they need. We'd also like to thank Nicole, Matt's partner for supporting him through his TAFE course and through life, we are blessed to have you both.
