Congratulations to Country Road on winning ‘Best Store Design’ for its Brisbane CBD flagship at the recrnt RAGTRADER 2026 Australian Fashion Awards.

We’re incredibly proud to have helped bring the vision for this landmark store to life, delivering the fitout in late 2025.

Set within the heritage-listed former Bank of New South Wales building, the 838sqm store brings together heritage architecture, contemporary retail design & a strong connection to place.

The judges highlighted the preservation of the building’s Corinthian columns, arched windows & heritage marble flooring, alongside a relocated central staircase designed to float above the existing floor.

They also recognised the project’s strong sustainability credentials. Designed & built targeting a 5-Star Green Star Interiors rating, which was certified in April 2026, more than 90% of construction & demolition waste was recycled, with low-VOC materials selected throughout.

Working alongside Country Road, Moloney Architects & Folar Studio Architects, it was a privilege for ONE68 to deliver a project that has now been recognised among the very best in Australian retail.
