• INSPIRING PEOPLE, INSPIRING SPACES • Specialising in Retail, Hospitality & Commercial Fitouts

ONE68 is a national company specialising in retail and commercial fitouts. Our expertise includes concept design, partitions and fitout, custom joinery, project management, right through to sourcing the right fittings and furniture to suit any space. Based in Melbourne, our Head Office includes a manufacturing plant housing a number of facilities – computerised routing / machining, joinery assembly and spray painting. The co-location of the head office and the production facilities fosters a strong relationship between management and trades, and enables us to maintain tight control over its production quality and schedules. With more than 50 collective years of experience in the construction industry, ONE68 have a proven ability to meet high demands within tight schedules. We have a comprehensive understanding of the critical mix of merchandising vs. sales space in a retail environment, and the need for an efficient POS area. We have a trusted team of specialist contractors and installers to complete the fitout works, with quality our core focus. We provide a dedicated Project Manager for every project to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.

Good lighting changes everything.

Inside the new amenities at The Pavilion Melbourne Cricket Ground lighting does much more than serve a practical purpose. It adds warmth, highlights texture & accentuates the curves & material palette throughout the space.

The terracotta takes on a richer tone. The terrazzo-look flooring comes to life. The mirrors become a feature in their own right. It’s another layer of the Interious Interior Design that required careful coordination during the ONE68 fitout to ensure every element came together as intended.

Because in a beautifully resolved interior, the lighting isn’t an afterthought. It’s part of what makes the whole space work.

It’s the details that take these amenities to another level.

The benchtops at The Pavilion Melbourne Cricket Ground are beautifully resolved, with curved forms, integrated basins & statement mirrors creating a finish that feels more high-end hospitality than stadium amenities.

Designed by our business partner Interious & delivered by ONE68, it’s another example of where design intent & craftsmanship need to work hand in hand.
Because achieving something that looks this seamless requires precision behind the scenes. From templating & fabrication to installation, alignment & the junctions between materials, every millimetre matters.

Beautifully designed. Beautifully executed.

No better day than the AFL Grand Final to take a closer look at the tiles in the new amenities at The Pavilion!

Featuring a warm terracotta colour palette, the selection included mosaic feature wall tiles with terrazzo-look floor tiles, creating a rich mix of colour, pattern & texture.

But it’s where those finishes meet that the craftsmanship really comes into focus. Curved walls, corners, edges & junctions all required careful setting out and precision installation to bring the Interious Interior Design vision to life.

Behind all that beautiful tiling is our long-time ONE68 friend Giorgio, who has worked with us across many projects over the years.

The selections...
Academy Tiles : Feature wall tiles | Porcelain mosaic tiles in Epoch | Matt glaze finish ; Floor tiles | Ariostea Fragmenta Full Body in Mapei 132 Beige | Natural finish

Come on then. Let’s take a tour of these beautiful loo’s Melbourne Cricket Ground

The newly completed amenities at The Pavilion at the MCG are a masterclass in how considered interior design can completely transform a functional space.
Designed by our business partner Interious & fitout delivered by ONE68, the space brings together sweeping curves, warm terracotta tones, terrazzo-look flooring, beautifully detailed benchtops, statement mirrors & considered lighting.

But bringing a design with this level of detail to life takes more than good materials. It takes precision, craftsmanship & careful coordination across every trade to make sure those curves, junctions, finishes & details come together exactly as intended.

A very good-looking loo, indeed!

Who knew a trip to the loo could look this good?

Having completed the fitout of The Pavilion at the MCG last year, ONE68 recently returned to deliver its new amenities, with the Interior Design by our business partner Interious

And these are definitely not your average stadium toilets!

Warm terracotta tiling wraps around curved walls, terrazzo-look flooring runs underfoot, while beautifully finished marble benchtops, elegant mirrors & considered lighting give the space an unexpectedly luxurious feel.

It’s a fitout where great design underpins great craftsmanship. Curves, tile junctions, detailed finishes & the meeting of different materials all demanded precision to bring the Interious vision to life.
The result? Amenities worthy of The Pavilion.

At Country Road Chatswood Chase, the unexpected was simply part of the process.

Working within an existing tenancy meant adapting to site conditions as they were uncovered, while keeping the project on programme and maintaining the quality expected of the brand.

Experience turns unexpected challenges into practical solutions.
