When we started on this project we were worried the old deck might collapse.
So we replace the all subfloor with new hardwood beams which we redirected to allow the decking to run parallel to the house this gave the deck the visual effect of more space.
We installed all new aluminium balustrades and louvers at the end of both decks for privacy and weath protection. Using Trex decking allows a low maintenance entertainment area for our clients in Buderim.

This home was truly in mountain goat territory we had a 20m drop and a 45 degree slope to get all out machinery and materials down to this site. Now a new pool, decking, retaining walls and pool safe fencing has been created.
This was a difficult project to plan an execute but what a beautiful little sanctuary we created in the rain forest on top of Ninderry hill.

Sometimes we get to make a massive transformation of a clients property. When I first visited the site it was over grown and I couldn’t get any photos these before photos where taken after the clearing.
The increase in usable space is a perfect place to raise their new family.
Our client said it was so bad that nobody wanted to take on the project. If you have a project that has unusual challenges we love to take on the tougher projects.
