This is as comfortable as we get getting this close to a brown snake,
Be sure to Mice proof your airconditioning units, as these little guys are out looking for an easy meal during summer,
We will get a new outdoor board sorted for the customer
And install chicken wire around all the entry points to help ensure it does not happen in the future

Cool Watts Pty Ltd is currently seeking a fully qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician full time & Qualified Sub Contractors.

What we do:

Cool Watts is a rapidly growing family business in Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical Services Industry. We deliver top-notch air conditioning and refrigeration solutions for residential and commercial clients across West Gippsland and Metro Melbourne areas.

We are currently looking for a Full-time Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician & Qualified Sub Contractors to join our team and contribute your expertise in creating a comfortable working environment alongside the Director and two apprentices.

As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of air-conditioning systems for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing air-conditioning systems, including domestic, commercial air-conditioning units, HVAC systems and industrial refrigeration equipment.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in air-conditioning systems.
Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on air-conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborating with team members and clients to deliver top-notch air-conditioning solutions.
Adhering to safety guidelines and industry best practices at all times.

Requirements:
Trade qualification Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
Refrigerant handling license.
Police Check.
Working with children’s card.
White card.
Proven experience in installing, servicing, and repairing refrigeration systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Valid manual driver's license.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
Willingness to do overtime when required (more the summer months)

Repair To a Brivis evaporative cooler,
Customer states water leaking inside and outside roof when unit was on,
Found birds nest inside - evaporative coolers are the purfect nesting spot for small birds,
Also the metal shielded hose had pitting through out causing water to leak onto roof,

We
Cleared the birds nest,
Replaced water hose to unit

Can say one verry happy customer,

We had the pleasure and opportunity to design and install an airconditioning system through out merchant lane in Mornington,

We also got to supply a 1 off custom made,
Double sided see through glass door under bar fridge,(island bench)

As well as relocating and revamping the existing under bar fridges to suit the customers requirements to ensure they are working for manny more years to come.

The guys at CoolWatts pty Ltd absolutely smashed this one out of the park!!

This is what can happen when you get an electrician with a 2 day split system licence,
To install your airconditioning unit,

Not to worry for this customer, they called CoolWatts pty ltd
As a fully licenced airconditioning mechanic and licenced electrician, (a refrigerant handeling licence to be able to purchase refrigerant)

We were able to attend site repair the hole made by previous installer,

Pressure tested system with nitrogen,
And charge up with the correct amount of refrigerant,

Just in time for the real summer heat to set in!!
