Day 14 💪🔥
220 push-ups completed today!
I haven’t posted for the last couple of days, but don’t worry—I’ve still been putting in the work and ticking off the push-ups each day.
Today’s target of 220 push-ups highlights an important message: research suggests that adults who regularly take part in physical activity have a lower risk of developing depression.
Exercise isn’t a cure-all, but it can play a powerful role in supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. Whether it’s a walk, a run, a gym session, or even a few push-ups, getting active can make a real difference.
As I continue working towards 3,307 push-ups for The Push-Up Challenge, I’m proud to be helping raise awareness for depression and mental health, while encouraging conversations that matter.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the challenge so far through donations, shares, messages, and encouragement. It all helps keep the momentum going.
