As a registered builder and licensed electrical, painting and plumbing contractor, Pindari is built on a licensed trade based workforce and has successfully diversified its portfolio to endure any down turn in the industry and to ensure continuity of supply. Pindari has expanded and developed new markets with a regional office in Point Samson and teams servicing offshore electrical inspection and testing, asset maintenance, expansions, minor works and refurbishments. Experienced backfill labour and project crews assist with minor works and construction projects in towns and throughout the East Pilbara mine site operation centres.

Celebrating Paula's 10-Year Journey 👏👏

This month, we are proud to celebrate a significant milestone as Paula Thompson marks 10 years with Pindari.

Paula’s journey is a wonderful example of what can happen when opportunity, determination and support come together.

Her connection with Pindari began through a Business Administration Traineeship at our Dunsborough Head Office. After stepping away for a period to focus on family commitments, Paula returned to the business through a FIFO cleaning role and has since progressed into leadership, working her way from Site Cleaner to Leading Hand and now Superintendent.

Over the years, Paula has embraced new opportunities, developed her skills and built a successful career across multiple areas of the business. Her journey reflects Pindari’s commitment to creating meaningful pathways for our people and supporting long-term career development.

As a proud Aboriginal woman, Paula is passionate about sharing her culture and experiences with others, helping to build understanding and connection across the teams she works with. Her story highlights the impact that employment, mentoring and opportunity can have on individuals, families and communities.
