Pindari has expanded and developed new markets with a regional office in Point Samson and teams servicing offshore electrical inspection and testing, asset maintenance, expansions, minor works and refurbishments. ANNOUNCEMENT: Pindari Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Trudi Chesterton as Pindari’s Chief Executive Officer, commencing July 2026.

Trudi joins Pindari with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across complex operational and service-based industries, including mining services, industrial supply, labour hire and multi-site operational environments. Her extensive leadership background within the Wesfarmers Group across Bullivants, Blackwoods and Officeworks brings significant operational, commercial and transformational capability to our organisation.

As a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Deakin University, Trudi is recognised as an engaging, collaborative and values-driven leader. Her leadership philosophy is anchored by:

🔹Safety leadership: A deep commitment to zero-harm cultures in heavy-industry supply chains.
🔹Operational Performance: Driving sustainable business growth and accountable teams.
🔹Client Outcomes: Culturally aligned and empowered teams demonstrating best practice capability and precision compliance.

Pindari is seeking an experienced Carpenter for a 6-month contract on a BHP project, commencing 24 June.

📍 Position Details:

• $65 per hour
• 12-hour shifts
• 7 days on / 7 days off roster to Newman
• 6-month contract
• Start date: 24 June

✅ Essential Requirements:

• Current BHP inductions
• Proven formwork experience
• Experience in general building maintenance
• Trade Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery
• Minimum C Class Driver’s Licence
• Be able to undergo a Pre Employment Medical
• Current Blue or White Construction Card

Pindari is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our growing team in the South West of Western Australia.

This is a senior, hands-on role supporting the pricing, planning and delivery of projects across building, electrical, maintenance and infrastructure works within the resources and industrial sectors.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong electrical estimating experience and a background working across construction, maintenance or operational project environments.

The role offers exposure across:

✔ Electrical and HVAC upgrades
✔ Building and infrastructure projects
✔ Asset improvement programs
✔ Maintenance and minor works
✔ Commercial strategy and project delivery support
