The Role
We’re currently seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our team in a full-time, field-based role across Sydney.
This position will see you working on a wide range of heavy mobile plant, carrying out:
* Diagnostics and fault finding
* Breakdown repairs (field service)
* Scheduled servicing and maintenance
* Hydraulic and electrical repairs
* Pre-start inspections and reporting
* Maintaining accurate service records
You’ll be working both independently and alongside our operations team to keep our fleet running efficiently and meeting client demands.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience working on heavy mobile plant (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.)
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
* Solid understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
* Ability to work unsupervised and manage your time effectively
* Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
* Good communication skills with both team members and clients
Required:
* Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Cert III Mobile Plant / Heavy Diesel / Automotive)
* Current driver’s licence
