Company Update | Strategy & Team Building Event 🙌

What an incredible two days bringing our team together!

Day 1 was all about strategy, alignment and looking ahead, with management presentations to the full team, an inspiring session from Luke Kennedy, and our first company-wide arm wrestling competition. 💪 Congratulations to Isaac Weis, who claimed the title as our 2026 Arm Wrestling Champion! 🏆

Day 2 shifted gears as the team from Be Challenged delivered an epic team building experience, where we split into groups to build our own cardboard chariots! The energy, enthusiasm and engagement from everyone made for an unforgettable day, with plenty of laughs and some very competitive racing!👏

It's always great to step away from the day-to-day, strengthen our strategy for the year ahead, and have a bit of fun together.

Project Highlight | Cooling Tower Platform Access System

Our Brisbane team recently completed the installation of a fully engineered aluminum industrial platform and stair system for a major industrial facility.

Designed to provide safe and reliable access to a cooling tower platform, this solution supports ongoing maintenance while improving safety, accessibility, and compliance in a critical operational environment.

Project Highlight | ALSPEC Albury

We recently completed a comprehensive height safety upgrade across the new warehouse, warehouse awning and office building at ALSPEC Albury, creating safe access across all areas of the site.

The project included a large 3-stage cage ladder system, 176m of static line, 12 anchor points, 46.8m of fibre walkway and 52 skylight mesh panels, alongside a roof access hatch, internal access ladder, another cage ladder, guardrail and fall protection signage throughout the site.

A complete, practical height safety solution designed around the needs of the site and the people who use it. Another successful project delivered by our Albury team. 💪

Project Highlight | Internal Suspended Catwalk System

Safe access between elevated work areas is essential in busy manufacturing environments. Our team installed a 900mm-wide suspended platform and stair system spanning between two internal coolrooms on this site, creating a safe and practical access solution.

The project also included 48 metres of guardrail along the fall edges, providing complete fall protection for ongoing maintenance and inspection activities.

A great result delivered by our Sydney team. 🙌

Project Highlight | Factory Roof Access Stairs

Our Sydney team recently completed the installation of a two-stage modular stair and platform system at Australian Bakels, providing a safe and compliant access solution to the roof space.

The system features a walkway landing at the top, leading to a lockable safety gate, ensuring the Bakels team has secure, reliable and easy access for ongoing maintenance and inspections.

Project Highlight | 8 Stage Internal Water Tower Access

A shout out to the Adelaide team for completing a major upgrade on heritage listed site, Glenside Water Tower. Significantly improving safe access across all levels of the structure to allow on-going maintenance of communication towers at the top.

Scope of works included:

✔️ Removal of existing non-compliant steel ladder systems
✔️ Installation of 4 x two-stage caged ladders
✔️ 4 mid-way platforms across each level
✔️ Guardrails with self-closing safety gates at each landing around ladder openings
✔️ Required signage due to clearance limitations

This required working closely with our client to manage the risk of specific clearances that couldn’t be achieved, due to heritage and limitations of space, our technical team designed and engineered the system to be most practicable and ensure maximum safety for the site.

A very technical install - delivered safely and to a high standard! 👏

Project Highlight | Dartmouth Power Station

This installation included a custom stair and platform system, providing safe access to the top of a Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB) for routine maintenance and servicing of the unit. We also installed a Raptor Rail above the platform to allow workers to remain connected while removing the lids off the top of the units, protecting users from the fall risk into the opening.

Strong engineering, safe access, and another quality outcome for critical infrastructure. Another great project delivered by our Albury team. 💪

Project Highlight | Elevated Generator Access

Delivered by our Melbourne team at a resource recovery and landfill site, this installation provides safe, practical access to critical generator infrastructure. ⚙️

The solution features a kombi elevated access platform system, including two fixed ladders, and full guard railing around all fall edges atop the generator, to enable complete and secure access for maintenance activities.

Designed for functionality and compliance in a demanding environment, this system ensures safe, repeatable access for ongoing works and servicing.
