This week, meet James Evenden - or formally known as, 'Boston' - Site Supervisor.

▪️ How long have you been with Avard? - 7 and a half years.
▪️ What do you enjoy most about your role? - I enjoy how every day is different and learning new things along the way.
▪️ Do you have a favourite part of your role or memorable experience? - I think the jobs we did at Puckapunyal Army Base.
▪️ What's one hobby, interest, or fun fact about you outside of work? - I enjoy playing basketball, watching footy and a cheeky Saturday arvo beer in the sun with mates!

▪️ How long have you been with Avard? - 5 years and 8 months.
▪️ What do you enjoy most about your role? - I enjoy the banter with colleagues.
▪️ Do you have a favourite part of your role or memorable experience? - No favourite. I just enjoy what I do.
▪️ What's one hobby, interest or fun fact about you outside of work? - Outside of work I spend time going to car shows, fishing, grand kids and dining out.

▪️ How long have you been with Avard? - About 9 years
▪️ What do you enjoy most about your role? - The variety in the construction industry.
▪️ What's your favourite project you've worked on and why? - Hanson Stripping Campaign. It was a more senior role that I really enjoyed.
▪️ What's one hobby, interest or fun fact about you outside of work? - I love to play golf.

First up, Kyle French - Supervisor/Concreter

▪️ How long have you been with Avard? - About 9 years.

▪️ What do you enjoy most about your role? - Something different nearly every day.

▪️ What's your favourite project you've worked on and why? - I enjoyed the challenge of working on the Bendigo law Courts project. Some cool exposed seating that will be part of Bendigo's history for a long time hopefully.

▪️ What's one hobby, interest or fun fact about you outside of work? - I play guitar in a band called 'The Flannos' and we play regular gigs all around Bendigo's pub scene.
