O'Keefe Plumbing and Gas are currently seeking an experienced Account/Administration Officer to assist in the day to day running of our growing business.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Monthly bank and accounts payable reconciliation.
Data entry.
Proficient in all aspects of Payroll including Superannuation
obligations, Workcover, Coinvest, STP, Payroll Tax and
Apprenticeship administration.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
OH&S- ensuring all safety systems up to date both internally and
externally.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED.
Able to work autonomously and as part of the team.
Administration and Accounting software experience, preferably MYOB.
Sound written and communication skills.
Strong, demonstrated attention to detail a must
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
SimPRO and/or construction industry experience preferred but not essential.
Finance, Accounting, and/or Bookkeeping Qualifications - preferred but not essential
A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
This position is a full time role Monday-Friday with immediate start.
