The Lansell, Melbourne.

Shaped by the contours of the land, The Lansell emerges as a quiet architectural response to its setting — a graceful and enduring form that settles naturally into the hillside, embraced by gardens and landscape.

Organised around two residential cores and a central courtyard garden, each home is designed to capture abundant natural light, generous outlooks, and a sense of openness from every direction. Large glass openings strengthen the connection between architecture and nature, while thoughtful planning encourages cross ventilation and effortless living.

Throughout each lobby, residents are welcomed by a warm atmosphere, enhanced by dramatic skylines and a palette of natural materials. This carefully considered arrival experience establishes a sense of calm and permanence, setting the tone for the homes beyond.

Every project starts with an idea, but models and renders help transform that idea into something clients can truly experience. They allow us to study proportions, materials, and the way light interacts with a space, bringing greater clarity to the design process from the very beginning.

By visualizing layouts, views, and materiality beyond traditional drawings, clients can better understand how a space will look, feel, and function. This shared understanding encourages more meaningful conversations and feedback early in the process, when refinements can be made most effectively, creating a smoother path from concept to completion.

The Hua Guan Residence, Singapore

Two impeccable, one-of-a-kind semi-detached houses to behold in idyllic Bukit Timah. The interplay of vertical textural elements on the façade with varying grey tones exudes a sense of masculinity.

The vertical slats further articulate the language while filtering harsh daylight into the interior. The double volume ceiling facilitates a visual connection through the various spaces where art and light intersect.

We’re thrilled to announce Brighton High School has received Commendations for both Innovative Education Initiative as well as New Campus with Educational Facility at the 2026 Learning Environments Australasia Design Awards.

The judges recognised Brighton High School for its “integrity and depth” in integrating First Nations cultural narrative as structural logic, not decoration. The Jordan River / kutalayna became the organising spine. Buildings reflect the geomorphology of Big River and Oyster Bay Nations through colour and material. Trauma-informed design enables 40% of students with Learning Plans to be supported in-classroom.

The citations highlight our “specific briefing principles” and “sophisticated practice”, introducing Thornburg and Bosch’s spatial typologies to teachers before any design was presented, ensuring pedagogy drove every decision.

Congratulations to JAWS Architects, K2LD Architects, the Department of Education Tasmania.

OCT Spa Resort, China

Set along the southern shores of OCT Harbour, this spa resort and clubhouse forms the second phase of a larger waterfront development, comprising 19 spa villas and a clubhouse designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The architectural strategy breaks the development into low-rise resort pavilions, reducing the visual scale while integrating larger programme spaces such as the ballroom, car park, and function halls discreetly beneath. Glass façades and carefully framed views maximise natural light and reflect the surrounding greenery, reinforcing a sense of lightness and connection to nature.

Throughout the site, buildings are oriented perpendicular to the water’s edge to maintain slender profiles towards the bay and preserve the dominance of the landscape. A sequence of gardens, reflecting pools, and bayside pavilions guides guests through the resort, while granite-clad walls and screening elements provide privacy, shade, and a refined architectural identity across the waterfront precinct.

Patagonia Haus, Singapore

Designed as a quiet canvas for daily life, Patagonia Haus embraces warmth, softness, and timeless elegance.

In the living and dining spaces, Patagonia stone creates layered textures that bring depth and calm to the home. Gentle curves flow through the architecture and ceiling profiles, softening light and guiding movement naturally from one space to another. Paired with warm timber finishes, the result is an atmosphere that feels refined, serene, and deeply personal.

Patagonia Haus, Singapore

At Patagonia Haus, materiality and form work together to create spaces that feel calm, refined, and deeply livable.

Patagonia stone appears throughout the home in different finishes and expressions — from bold feature moments to quieter, tactile applications. Paired with warm timber tones, clean architectural lines, and
softened curves, the residence balances clarity with warmth while gently guiding movement from one space to another.

Patagonia Haus, Singapore

Patagonia Haus is a home shaped by memory, artistry, and quiet living. Designed for a senior couple, the renovation transforms their long-time residence into a calm and deeply personal sanctuary.

At the heart of the design is Patagonia stone — a material chosen not only for its beauty, but for its artistic and deeply personal character. Carefully selected slab by slab by the homeowners, its layered veining and tonal depth evoke the spirit of contemporary Chinese ink paintings, transforming the home into a living canvas woven into everyday life.

Doumen Water Villa & Club House, China

300,000 sqm shaped into a quiet dialogue between water, architecture, and nature.

A master plan of reclaimed islands, where villas are designed to embrace the surrounding landscape — blurring the line between home and horizon.
An address imagined for slower living, constant connection to nature, and moments that feel set apart from the everyday.
