🏗️ Halls Head Retail Centre | Construction Progress Update

Progress continues at Halls Head Retail Centre, with works advancing across both buildings and multiple areas of the development taking shape.

The facade works are well underway, with cladding, shopfront installation and painting progressing across both buildings, bringing the external finishes to life.

The roof to Supercheap Auto is now complete, with internal fitout works underway as the tenancy moves into the next stage of delivery.

Meanwhile, roofing works to Petbarn are underway, continuing the progress across the development and moving the buildings closer to completion.

It's great to see the project continuing to take shape as the team works through the next key milestones.

Three decades in the making!

As the Fremantle Dockers prepare to take the field in the AFL Grand Final, we’re proud to show our support for the club, its players and the wider Fremantle community.

To mark the occasion, we’ve proudly refreshed our company logo with a purple makeover, a small gesture to recognise a significant moment for the club and its supporters.

Wishing the players, staff and supporters all the very best for Grand Final day.

Come on, Dockers! Let’s bring it home!

🚧7-Eleven Sienna Wood | Construction Update!

Things are really taking shape at 7-Eleven Sienna Wood, with the structure now well underway.

The tilt panels are installed and structural steel to follow, marking another major milestone on site with plenty of other progress happening behind the scenes as the project continues to come together.

It's great to see the vision becoming a reality, one milestone at a time.

🚧 Project Update: Burk Fuel & Thirsty Camel, Australind

Things are really starting to come together at Australind.

The colour is going on and it lifts the whole site. With the canopy up over the forecourt and the cladding on, the building's finishing touches are starting to make a real impact.

The concrete hardstand is progressing well, with plenty of activity on site as we move closer to the finish line.

Handover is not far away.

We're proud to announce the award of our latest project – OTR Neerabup.

Set across a 9,000m² site, this major development will deliver a modern retail and heavy vehicle refuelling destination designed to support the continued growth of Western Australia's northern industrial corridor.
The project includes:

⛽ Retail fuel facilities
🚛 Dedicated truck refuelling facilities designed to accommodate Semi-Trailers and B-double vehicles
⚡ EV charging infrastructure
🛒 A contemporary convenience store
🚗 Modern car wash facilities

Purposefully designed to provide safe, efficient access for both everyday motorists and heavy transport operators, OTR Neerabup will become an important service hub for the region.

Our team is excited to commence construction in October and deliver another high-quality development that combines innovative design, functionality, and long-term value for Neerabup community

Site establishment is now complete at 7-Eleven Australia Bullsbrook and the team have wasted no time getting into the next critical phase.

Fuel tank farm excavation is now nearing design levels, setting the project up for the upcoming installation of the underground fuel tanks.

It's great to see strong momentum from day one as our valued subcontractors and the team continues to deliver another quality fuel and convenience destination for the growing Bullsbrook community.
