Well, it’s fair to say some sites require a little more preparation than others! 😅

With a deceiving 3.5m slope on this block out in Parkerville, this site has certainly required some extra work, thought, and careful design and planning.

With the earthworks now complete and the site ready for the concreters to start very soon, we can’t wait to see the smiles on Sam and Jaimee’s faces once we achieve slab down! 🏡

Let’s get construction started! 🙌

It's been all systems go in Warnbro, with our valued brickies getting it done on site. 🧱
A big shout-out to Mandurah Cranes and ABS Welding for getting the T-bars up, allowing the brickies to keep progressing. 👏

It won't be long now until our roofing team starts on the roof frame. ⏳

It's now all systems go, with Kerriann signing her building contracts, and we can't wait to get this beautiful custom two-storey home underway. ✍️

Located along the picturesque Palm Beach coastline in Rockingham, this stunning build is set to showcase plenty of coastal charm and a relaxed resort-style feel. 🏖️

Steady progress is being made down in Halls Head, with the roof carpenters working their craft on this beautiful canal-front home. 🪚

It's all taking shape nicely, and it won't be long until we get the lid on. ⬆️
Reaching roof cover stage is a major milestone in the building journey, marking the transition to plastering and ceiling installation. It's at this stage that our clients really start to see their house transform into a home. 🏠

Well, it's been a busy few months at Jamie and Bec's build in Halls Head, Mandurah. 🌊
This home is packed with thoughtful features, and the location... well... it's definitely location, location, location! 🌉
We look forward to putting the finishing touches together as we edge closer to key handover. 🔑

Exciting times ahead for Michael, who has now officially signed contracts for his new home in the beautiful Darling Downs. 🌳

At SSC, every home we build is custom designed, but after walking through one of our previous clients’ homes, Michael loved every aspect of 'The Maddi'. With just a few personalised touches, he knew it was the perfect design for his own build.

We’re looking forward to getting the wheels turning, Mick - we’ll be on site in the not too distant future!
