💰 Salary: $75,000 - 89,000 per year
Botanic Mechanic Tree & Lawn Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Manager to help lead our family\-run business, specialising in tree services and vegetation management.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, hands on leader who can coordinate daily operations, support our crew and help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
✅Coordinate staff, schedules and daily jobs.
✅Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
✅ Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
✅Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed efficiently.
✅ Lead by example and address issues as they arise.
Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain the following
🌳 Current ESI training.
🌳 Current Heavy Rigid truck licence.
🌳 A current Working with Children Check.
🌳 Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
🌳 Experience managing people and daily operations.
🌳 A practical approach to problem solving.
🌳 Reliability, initiative and pride in their work.
🌳 Experience in tree services, vegetation management or a similar industry.
