So it was sold, contract reneged on, back on the market and sold again. We did a quick clean up for the back-on-the-market weekend, but it got sold prior to the open!!

A spruce up of some floors presale showing all the steps involved, from acid etching, cleaning, masking, priming, application of fleck and finally the top clear coat and clean up. Also changed a pan cone and repaired some grout. (Which got lighter as it dried!!)
