PROJECT: Elimbah Sub-divsion 2.0

Today, we reached practical completion on a sub-division project for a repeat customer and local property developer. Not without its challenges due to less than favourable site conditions given the consistent wet weather, we're proud of the product we've been able to deliver.

Works included:
- Installation of sub-soil rubble drains and internal stormwater works to a rubble pit in preparation for house and shed builds
- Removal of unsuitable material, import of replacement fill material, compaction, and trim to profile for driveway and shed slab subgrade
- Building up of house pad to ensure water is diverted away from underside of house (to be built on posts)
- Installation of 180+ metres of service conduits (water, electrical and NBN)
- 250m2 concrete works for driveway and carport apron
- Re-spreading and trimming of topsoil to profile
- Supply and installation of turf

With the weather finally starting to be kind to us (how long will that last?), the team are busy working through a backlog of projects.

After having an unusable space for months, our customers were over the moon once the team was on-site to put the final touches on their soft-scape needs!

Works included:
- Remove overgrown vegetation from uneven ground
- Supply, place, and compact required fill
- Backfill pool in preparation for concrete pool surround
- Supply, spread and trim topsoil in preparation for turf
- Supply and lay turf

We hope the home owners can really start to enjoy their space.

First Turf Prep of the Year, we completed on Tuesday. We hope they got their turf down before the rain!

Works included site levelling, supply, spread and levelling of topsoil, including a minor swale to ensure the water flows away from the house and the boundary fence and gets away to the front of the block.

FOR SALE: Expected to be available early Jan25. Soon to be surplus to our requirements, our 2019 JP Trailers Signature Tri-Axle Tag Trailer is for sale. With hydraulic ramps, hydraulic leg, front hydraulic ramp (to aid load machines in and out of back of tipper), attachment well, this trailer is an amazing bit of gear. Trailer to be sold with current QLD COI.
