A grated drain we completed this week and just in time for all this rain! ☔️
Around 34 lineal meters of saw cutting , a small amount of jackhammering and approximately 17m of grated drain installed! ✅

This job was definitely a process and for a small
Area was a bigger job. First we went to site and put a camera down the drain due to the drainage plan being wrong. From there we
- removed tiles
- cut and jackhammered the concrete.
- Removed the wall sheeting to add a new water point for the new toilet, move the washing machine taps to under the bench and added points for a new wall vanity.
- Added a waste point for the new vanity and re connected the washing machine.
- had the tiles re installed and grouted.
- installed the new toilet, existing toilet and new vanity.
Everything was then tested and a new drainage plan done ✅.

Back out at our Kingaroy project getting the stormwater done and replacing all the old clay sewer pipes with pvc and changing around the location of a few points. 👌

A job we recently completed in Ningi. The clients were getting a roof leak and had rusted out gutters.
We did some investigating and found the sheets under the ridge had no turn up, so we removed the ridge turned everything up like required and re installed a new ridge. ✅
We then proceeded to replace 28m of gutter with my favourite the Queenslander Quad in surf mist. 🙏

This was one of the bigger bathroom renovations for Better Bathroom Renovations we’ve done so far. Pretty sure it threw everyone a curveball, but now seeing it almost finished i think it speaks for itself… Amazing!

A bathroom Reno we just completed for Better Bathroom Renovations. A bit of a bigger one this one with all the wastes moving positions as well as removing all the polybute we possibly could and replaced with new Tradepex plastic pipe. 🙏

A little roof we completed this week. The roof was letting in water from quite a big rust hole so we replaced everything to give our clients peace of mind 🙏.
Safe to say there will be no more leaks anytime soon ✅.
