Our team completed a comprehensive elevated drainage installation, designed and installed in line with industry regulations and Australian Standards.

This stage included:
🔸 Accurate set-out and installation of all elevated drainage pipework
🔸 Integration of drainage for multiple fixture types across consulting rooms, treatment areas, and amenities
🔸 Coordination with structural elements to maintain clean runs and serviceability
🔸 Installation of a heat pump with pumped drainage

This is the backbone of the fit-out, precision here means performance, compliance, and quality finish later.

We kicked things off with a full rough-in of water and fire services, setting the stage for a seamless medical fit-out. From the concealed pipework to elevated exposed pipework, the team delivered a great quality and functional product.

Our team worked so hard and so well on this project. Though there were many challenges this job provided we’re proud of their effort and grateful for their commitment to quality.

📍 Mansfield State High School

We’re proud to share that our part of the Mansfield State High School Upgrade is now finished and we were honoured to be named best contractor on site for this project.

Our team handled all the water and drainage pipework from start to finish in the new offices, kitchens, staff and student amenity blocks and art department. Delivering high-quality results safely, on time and to the highest standard.

A big shoutout to our crew for their hard work, attention to detail and teamwork, it’s great to see it all come together! We’re looking forward to more projects like this and continuing to set the standard on every site we work on.
