*** POSITION FILLED *** Casual Admin Assistant – Plumbing Business (Scheduling Programme Experience Required)
We are a busy and growing plumbing business looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
This role is perfect for someone seeking flexibility, including the option to work 3 days per week if required.
About the Role
You will support the day-to-day operations of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly between the office and our field team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing job bookings, scheduling, and updates via ServiceM8
• Invoicing, quoting, and following up outstanding payments
• General accounts support (accounts payable/receivable)
• Customer communication via phone and email
• Coordinating with plumbers and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate records and job documentation
• General administrative duties
About You:
• Proven experience using Scheduling Based Programmes
• Strong accounts/admin experience (Reckon Accounts Hosted or similar preferred)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
