The perfect example of how Modern Farmhouse style blends warmth and simplicity with clean, updated finishes, that fits perfectly in a 2025 build. The wood grain joinery with beautiful stone tops add a classic but durable finish everywhere you look. Antique brass tapware and arched mirrors compliment the tile choices throughout the bathrooms and powder room. The Laundry is both functionable and beautiful with natural stone floor and a farmhouse sink.

A few weeks ago, we showcased a beautiful extension and renovation that we recently finished. Today we present a family home that would be the envy of many. Set on a large block, the photo's don't do the view justice. But just a quick look through and you will see the detail that has gone into the finishes, that combine to make a stunning, but very practical home. So with hours ticking down to our Christmas break, we handed the keys over for this Beautiful country style house that sits perfectly on a stunning bush block. Colour tones to complement the setting and a warm and cosy feel, this one is eye catching throughout. With hints of green through inside and out and carpets and tiles that perfectly capture the cosy and classy feel. Brushed Nickel tapware and door furniture are a subtle but charming finish. Fisher and Paykel cookware and Silestone bench tops,will make this Kitchen the centre piece for gatherings of family and friends for many years to come. And we rarely showcase the WC of a house but the tile choice in this one, makes it too good not to show. With lots of textures and tones, every part of this house complements the next. 👌

Beautifully Modern Lines is the best way to label this stunning home. Super crisp white Nu-Line boards and render are complemented by the striking Charcoal blocks and concrete, will make this house stand out from the neighbours. When you step inside, you’ll be taken back by the volume of the open plan Living/ Family/meals area with raked ceilings and clean lines. The vinyl planks add a texture and the black accents add a modern touch. Not to mention the spectacular oversized gaslog fire.

We teased a few weeks ago when we put just 1 photo up. Here is the remainder of a stunning Beachside house that we have recently handed over. With views right across the Apollo Bay shoreline, I'm sure the proud owners will spend hours just sitting and relaxing. Once again, thank you to the wonderful teams of tradies that put all their skill and knowledge into these beautiful houses. Also thanks to Kevin and Beth. You guys have been awesome to work for.
