Another great job completed by a great team !
Warehouse remediation work plus repairs to a mezzanine floor.
Originally a window manufacturer attached to a cabinet maker workshop, all rubbish and hard stands removed , 30 plus years of MDF dust
Fully pressure washed from the roof to the floor.
Floor was upgraded with steel PFC, new yellow tongue flooring and kick boards. This was to be kept to a tight budget and was a great outcome, safe and ready for a new business to move in .

Great finish on a partitioning wall for storage room. All materials were scribed around the existing cornice and skirting so it can be easily reversed with minimal damage.

Custom gates and batwing shade sail for great clients. Matching gates blended seamlessly with existing fence. Enjoyed the unique sail design, perfectly finishing the challenging space.

Heavy duty custom garden shed, to fit a customers existing concrete slab , they found a good second hand roller door and we built the shed to suit . Overall everything fitted together perfectly!

Fibreglass is not one my most favourite jobs. But just thought I'd throw is up anyway.
565 Haines hunter. Originally an inboard, converted to an outboard, outboard mounted on a 6inch hydraulic jack plate. This was done so the old rear deck section could be preserved with some modifications.
Once completed it was all sprayed in gelcoat .
Deck mould and modifications was done by me.
Transom and layup schedule was done by my father and me .
Gelcoat pigment colour match was also done by both of us.

Cheap little laundry Reno, sometimes simple is best

Massive water problem with shed being at the bottom of a sloping yard!
Drainage gravel trench around entire perimeter, 2 X 100 Ag pipe geo fabric the walls of the trench back filled with gravel and a bit river sand .
2 pit drains 50mm below slab height direct feed into one of the Ag pipes .
