Another successful fund-raiser for Childhood Cancer Support

John and Annie are off on the 8 day Postie Bike Safari riding from Mackay to Bundaberg and back to Mackay trying to raise funds for childhood cancer support. On Sunday the 60+ riders will be stopping in at the Gemfields for lunch then making their way to Springsure for the night. Sunday night the riders will be at Dooleys Tavern & Motel Springsure where there will be numerous items up for auction, we’ll be donating some Cockroach, Ant and Spider treatments to auction off with all proceeds going to support childhood cancer support. So come on down and support a great cause.

The team of Southern Cross Termite & Pest Control are at Mitre 10 braving the rain running a sausage sizzle and selling raffle tickets raising money for Childhood Cancer.
1st prize is a Webber Family Q BBQ, 2nd prize is a Bursons Auto Parts tools pack, 3rd prize is a Kings camping package. There’s also 3 signed football jersey raffle (Cowboys, Raiders and Eels)
All proceeds go towards Childhood Cancer support.

Sct pest John and Annie are fund-raising for childhood cancer support. Come down to Mitre 10 on the 25th June for a sausage sizzle, drink and raffles.
Each year the postie bike safari goes on an 8 day ride to raise awareness of the need to support families with childhood cancer. Fund-raising as they go, This years goal is to raise $100 000.

* Cockroaches. The listed cockroaches are controlled to halt the spread of asthma, allergy, and food contamination.

* Various rats and mice. The listed rats and mice include those which are controlled to prevent the spread of rodent-borne diseases and contamination of food for human consumption.

* Various microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and protozoans. The listed microorganisms are the subject of control programs by public health agencies and hospitals for the purpose of preventing the spread of numerous diseases.

* Reptiles and birds. The listed organisms are controlled to prevent the spread of disease and the prevention of direct injury.

*Various mammals. The listed organisms have the potential for direct human injury and can act as disease reservoirs (i.e., rabies, etc.).
