A CCTV inspection quickly explained why this client had water pooling around the house — the stormwater line was completely blocked, forcing water out through gaps in the old terracotta and back toward the home.

We’ve been a bit quiet on socials – things have been flat out! Between site work, call-outs, and a few big projects on the go, the team’s been non-stop.

Here’s one of our recent emergency jobs — an excavator hit a fire main on a Goodman site, causing a major leak and pressure loss.

A burst fire main isn’t just a plumbing problem — it’s a serious fire-safety risk that can leave hydrants without enough pressure in an emergency.
