More drainage! We love helping our clients get the best results. This is the final stage of our sub soil drainage works for block 3 at Alexandria! Always a tough dig but the team give it all and get it done regardless 👌🏼

The team replaced this 325L Rheem storage today for one of our strata buildings. Almost 13 years old, decent life for the amount of work it was doing feeding 50 plus units 🙌 so don’t change it and replaced like for like!
Also replaced unions and valves as they were completely seized! 💪🏼

Massive subsoil drainage job completed in Alexandria last week!

All hand dug due to tight access no complaints just getting the job done! 💪🏼

☑️ New 6” main line

☑️ New 600mm pit to collect all debris from our new drainage systems.

☑️ New surface grates to collect water in large downpours.

☑️ New slitted PVC drain running along side building below concrete piers to collect water. Backfilled completely with blue metal with a small layer of top soil over.

Removed this relic, had a long life and probably would’ve went for a bit longer if the gas company didn’t come around and swap metres over! we weren’t able to get it to reignite as the buttons were broken, so we worked quickly to get the hot water back on for one of our regular customers on this Saturday 💪🏼

This stormwater line definitely has seen better days!

We removed the damaged section on the 12th floor plant room and replaced with new PVC! While we were removing damaged section, we also found nozzle for downpipe to be corroded so of course we change that as well 👌🏼
