It’s all systems go at Woorim! 🌊🔨

Progress is moving fast this week with two new bathrooms and wet areas officially underway. Inside, the transformation is really starting to take shape.

On the tools outside, our first-year apprentice, Farren, is busy prepping the timber for the new outdoor structure roof. Great to see another young one giving it a crack!

The transformation at Woorim continues! 🌊✨

Not only is the relocated home settling in, but we’re also busy giving the original building on the property a massive lease on life.

We’re swapping the old for the new to ensure this coastal retreat is safe, modern, and built to last! 🏡🔨
The Transformation Plan:
🔨 Final stages of the external transformation
🏗️ Full asbestos removal to modernize the original structure
🚿 Fresh cladding installation using premium James Hardie boards
✨ Crisp new lines that tie both buildings together perfectly
🏠 Durability upgrade to withstand that salty Bribie air
