Pebble Beach Constructions has always been committed to having apprentices. For 20 years there has always been a carpentry apprentices as part of our team. It was a blessing to have one of our apprentices drop in for a catch up yesterday. Riley Pines was the youngest and tallest apprentice we have had. Coming to us straight after finishing year 10 he has gone on to be an great tradesman and is making a his way in life over East working with an Exmouth Legend Luke Ferwerda. All the best for your future - soon to be father -Pinesey. Don't ever look down on doing an apprenticeship and getting a trade as a wrong choice for a career. We will need good tradesman for ever. No Robot or AI is putting carpenters out of work. Get a trade and have a well paid job for life that gives great sense of purpose.

We have just handed over another house. The clients first look of the house was when they arrived yesterday to a completed home. Large living areas, amazing kitchen and bathrooms. The third level viewing deck gives amazing 180 degree views over Exmouth gulf. Thanks to the Pebble Beach crew and all of our great subcontractors and suppliers who help us deliver excellence. We take the trust our clients place in us very seriously and always aim to make the process of building a new home an enjoyable and stress free time.

And here are a couple of interesting houses we have under construction now.

Celebrations this week for our fifth apprentice to complete his apprenticeship and enter the league of tradesmen. Well done Mason Koontz. Most of the current PBC crew with life time member Bruce Watts joining to congratulate Mason.
48 Years ago a small builder took a chance on me as an apprentice carpenter and joiner and PBC is committed to employing and training apprentices.
Thanks to Carol from for all her help through Mason's 4 years.

Like all the builders in Exmouth we have been busy in 2022. As well as the houses we have completed we have done some more refurbs at the C Band Building at HEH, also a shed at the Carwash, a shed at the LIA and now a new house at Pebble Beach - with the best view of the gulf. We are also part of the renovations of the Laurence Retirement Village, doing new kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.

A long time between posts. Here are a couple of houses we have completed in 2022.

Well that is 2021 done and dusted for PBC. Four Houses finished and handed over, a fuel court, laundromat and carwash project, another refurb at C Band and 2 houses framed up with roofs on ready for some shady work in 2022
Thanks to all our employees, subcontractors, local suppliers and clients. 2021 was a very full year and 2022 looks just as busy. Even with some Covid caused problems we look forward to doing more of the same in 2022
The lead up to Christmas can be very rushed and busy time in the building industry - so it is good to take time to reflect and be thankful. And for us at Christmas it also includes being thankful for God coming into the world to bring Hope, redemption and meaning for all mankind.
Have a Blessed Christmas from Phil and Sue
