We are a medium sized commercial plumbing company, which has evolved from a small family run business and is rapidly expanding.
Our team is looking for a motivated office all-rounder with prior experience in the Plumbing industry. We require someone who is always looking for more efficient and cost effective ways to operate to take our business to the next level. This role would ideally suit someone wishing to transition from the tools to an administration role, or a contract administrator looking to take the next step and advance their career.
You will be reporting directly to the Project Manager, liaising with Builders, Consultants, Suppliers and plumbing contractors.
The job role includes the following:
Assisting with scheduling and job setup/progress
Assisting project managers with paperwork and other formalities to help ensure jobs run smoothly
Ordering and purchasing materials for projects and providing schedules
Keeping up to date with material costs and ensuring best purchase prices for all projects
Assisting estimating team
Assisting finance team

* confidence to lead, delivering results within required deadlines
* ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise commitments
* solid computer skills
