I have just been told there are price rises on the horizon from all AC suppliers. Beat the price rises and take advantage of the shorter installation times through winter.

You need to be careful with roof pe*******ons. I am a big fan of roof pe*******on kits that allow for a reverse P trap, but where a simple deck-tight is used, NEVER tape around the pipes before sealing with silicone… over time the tape fails in the sun first, leaving the silicone to act as a funnel and direct water straight into the roof!

This is a quick repair we completed the other day, but as these units are upgraded over time, proper roof kits will be installed.

Got busy with some breakdown work yesterday. Fixed up a little cold room with a refrigerant leak, and repaired an air conditioning unit that the mice had gotten into and had a good chew on. Some happy clients!

This poor unit had a run in with a ride on mower! We were originally hoping that maybe we could just replace some panels but unfortunately I think with the hit it’s taken, it is gonna be a replacement job. Just waiting to hear back from Mitsubishi Electric Australia about the replacement Condensing Unit.
