Not all Hot Water Systems or Plumbers are the same, here we have a Dux HWS that has been put in by a cheap Plumber using compression fittings with nylon olives, nylon olives can’t handle the heat of the water at the HWS and fail.
We replaced the fittings with press fittings that won’t fail.
If your Plumber is offering a cheaper HWS and cheaper install than all the others, his installation practice’s might not be at the top of his list.

We install Rheem which is the premium brand and we use good quality fittings and installation practices.
Do it properly, do it once.

Some great feedback for Bailey.

Bailey came to our place today to replace our dishwasher and I wanted to pass along some feedback for him.
The Real Estate asked me to show him a few other things throughout the property that were identified on a recent inspection and Bailey was very helpful even though it wasn’t on the original job request.
He’s very knowledgeable and professional and was able to come up with a solution to a potential issue as I’d explained how desperate I was to have a dishwasher again!

The work he did today is of a high standard and he even tested the dishwasher to ensure everything was working correctly.

Pleas thank him again from me and I’ll definitely be recommending your company to anyone looking for a Plumber!

So this is what happens when cabinet makers go sure we can do the Plumbing, the insinkerator didn’t drain properly and the Dishwasher outlet hose was completely blocked with stuff from the insinkerator.

We sorted it out in 10 min and it now all works properly.

We had a customer with Luke warm hot water.
Some bright spark installed a 50 Deg Bosh continuous flow Hot Water System and tempering valve, this resulted in Luke warm water through the house,than fan had seized and we replaced it with a new Rheem 60
Deg unit and new tempering valve, they now have 60 deg hot water to the kitchen and laundry and 50 deg water to the bathrooms.

If your worried about the braided flexible connections on your taps or toilet bursting, ring us we can now install control taps that automatically shut the water off if the hose does burts.
We attend to at least one job every week where this has happened and ruined carpet, cabinets or expensive floating flooring.

No more coming home to an accidental water feature.
They are much cheaper that your insurance excess.

Out with the old 315 litre Dux coffe machine, check out the color of that water, who wants to be drinking or showering in that💩.

In with a new 400 litre Rheem with 12 year warranty.
Nice clean hot water tonight for these guys.

From a 250 Litre Rheem that lasted 20 years with hideous pipework to a new 250 litre Rheem Stellar Stainless Steel model, no annode to replace, awesome performance and neat pipework.

Ring us, the Stellar model is well worth the small extra cost and is Australian Designed and made.

No only are we good at replacing Hot Water Systems, we can spot a good water feature when we see one.
This 315 litre Electric unit has seen better days, will be replaced with a Rheem with 12 year warranty.
