Be Ready Group Pty Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated employee/leading hand to join our team!

We specialise in landscaping, retaining walls, fencing and earthmoving. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is ready to be part of a growing business.

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Proven experience in retaining wall construction, fencing and earthmoving.
* Current HR open driver’s licence – essential.
* Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Must be able to provide three work references.

⭐ EXPERIENCE THAT WILL SET YOU APART

Experience in managing projects, leading crews and coordinating jobs is highly regarded, but not essential.

New concrete sleeper retaining wall & timber fence we just finished at Kedron. Our clients got in touch with us wanting to widen their driveway to allow for easier access for storing their caravan.

We went with the simple yet effective plain concrete sleepers and a classic timber fence with palings set between the posts to maximise the space!

We also augered some extra holes for the client to set his own posts to assemble a new car port.
