Unfortunate find. The integrity of the sink failed on the this newly purchased sink. Highly uncommon issue to have. Picked up on testing.

Water leak in behind existing downstairs laundry, Got lucky with the access holes had to cut, to gain a visual on the potential issue.
Upon inspection found that the hand rail fixing for the stair case, on rear wall, had pierced through the nail clip and had pierced the water supply, Some how the screw had sealed and only leaked recently. The screw would have gone through when the unit was completed during the initial build of the complex, unit complex approx 6 years old.

Another neat little kitchen install. Need to move the hot and cold water supply and waste to suite the new kitchen sink ...

Another neat little kitchen install. Need to move the hot and cold water supply and waste to suite the new kitchen sink location.
Kitchen sink fit off with vegi spray sink mixer, hot and cold isolation valves for the kitchen mixer, Individual isolation valves for the water filter and Dishwasher.

A big fan of timber benchtops in this kitchen reno, updated the laundry sink to a new "skinny Mini" Laundry tub. If you're look at the laundry tub and think there is not alot of room, Can confirm that they are definitely a tight squeeze. Gas Meter was moved by Gas Authority to allow for a new deck to be installed.
