loving new stove after years of cooking with gas, decided to go induction after whole kitchen renovation. Just love this stove which is so fast to heat up and gives you the option of combining cooking zones - perfect for large pots.

A wonderful haul of Aji chilli a beautiful aromatic chilli, with lovely floral flavours, not too hot but similar in flavour to habaneros without the kick. We use this fantastic chilli to make many of our sauces, such as our Sweet Chiili Sauce, Minty Sweet, Ginger & Lime Chilli Honey, Chilli & Lime Salsa and many others
