I think I’ve worked out where Trade‘s go wrong! All of our Plumbing apprentices as part of their training have to do a course called effective workplace communication. I was just looking at the elements. See photo below. maybe instead of calling it “applying oral communication” we could Just teach our Tradies to talk !!😄. So, if you’re looking for a plumber, that can speak in plain language, can listen to your needs, And get the job done call Butler Plumbing. Let’s leave the applying oral communications to others.

Last week, a few of the Butler crew headed over to Stiebel Eltron for a solid session on hot water systems – big thanks to the team there for having us!
We got stuck into learning about some great alternatives to gas, plus picked up a bunch of handy maintenance tips we can use out in the field. It’s all about keeping our skills sharp so we can give our customers the best options and service.

When you think 'tradie,' what comes to mind? Be honest, it's probably not always the most glamorous image. But today, for World Plumbing Day, we want to give a massive shout-out to our team at Butler Plumbing!

Plumbing is no walk in the park. Our crew gets their hands dirty, climbs ladders in all kinds of weather, squeezes into tight spaces, and battles Melbourne traffic to keep things flowing. And let's not even talk about finding a car park in the city!

But what really sets them apart? It's their problem-solving skills and can-do attitude. Throw them a challenge, and they’re on it. They're adaptable, respectful, and always thinking on their feet—because every client, every job, and every location is different.

They're also the eyes and ears for our clients, spotting problems before they become disasters. It's not just about fixing pipes; it's about keeping homes and businesses running smoothly.
