What is Acts of Kindness in Armadale?

Acts of Kindness in Armadale is a City of Armadale lead project, aiming to encourage everyone to spread kindness. The City has produced a community kindness card, explaining the benefits of acts of kindness and some simple ideas of how to do it.

As one of the businesses participating in this project, we will be handing these cards out through October and doing acts of kindness.

Act Belong Commit City of Armadale

In honour of Constable Anthony Woods who lost his life in the line of duty, The City of Armadale came to Paramount Electrical Services and asked if there was anything we could do for the W.A Police Force to honour the police officer.

In discussion with Ryan Gawel from Integrated Power, we both saw an opportunity to do something positive for the community and wanted to donate our time and services to honour the fallen officer by lighting up various landmarks on the evening of Anthony's Funeral, Thursday July 6th.

I'd like to also sincerely thank Ryan Gawel for the sheer effort he went into getting the lights ready and the DMX linkages prepared in such a short space of time. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to work alongside people who share the same passion and care for what they do whilst being able to share those skills and donate to the community where we can. It was a real pleasure to be able to play our part.

Our sincere condolences to the W.A Police along with the friends and family of Constable Anthony Woods.

We've been busy over the Christmas period with multiple refurbishments and projects on the go.

This school reception was completed using a combination of Brightgreen D700+ and D550+ downlights, a mixture of LED strip lights and a Lzf Lamps wood veneer pendant light from Spain.

We're quite pleased with the results and the as always, another project where multiple people come together over the busiest time of year to get the project completed on time ready for the new school year.

This is a fully customised tank heater control system coupled with pulsing solid state relays and temperature controller for a 5000L Fish Emulsion tank. The element for the tank was a purpose built 3 phase element standing at 2.5m with a 15A per phase draw in star configuration.

The purpose of this installation is to heat the liquid to a very accurate and consistent temperature of 50 degrees to ensure product mixability is retained throughout production. This is achieved by pulsing the elements to ensure temperature doesnt overshoot its predetermined setting.

It never ceases to amaze the things you come across in this industry.
Just remember folk. There is direct correlation between price and service in this industry.

Safety and quality workmanship means processes and procedures along with professional development are required to be put in place so things like this don't happen. It's for this very reason that cheaper almost without certainty isn't always better.

Would you sacrifice quality workmanship and materials for the safety of your business and home in order to save a few dollars?

Ask what products are being installed, be diligent throughout the process of contractor engagement, and give yourself assurance that the products and workmanship that have gone into your home or place of business are safe for operation for many years to come.

A friendly reminder of a recall of which seems to have fallen on deaf ears all these years on with fires still being attributed to these models.

If the micro-switch were to fail, it may result in the ice maker malfunctioning and in the worst case scenario result in a fire hazard.
