Ben Minard, a Forster local with 24 years experience in the steel fabrication and welding industry, owns BM Steel Fabrication. Ben has worked out of the same workshop since 1997 when he started as an apprentice boilermaker. After learning the skills of the trade he later took control of the Condell Place business and renamed it BM Steel Fabrication in early 2009 after becoming a sole trader. Ben a

nd his team of skilled tradesmen have provided structural steelwork to a host of leading local builders over that time, building up a good relationship with them and the engineers and draftsmen that provide the job specifications. BM Steel's jobs are consistently completed to a high standard thanks to the high quality tools and machinery used and the highly skilled tradesmen employed by the Forster steel and welding specialist. I’d like to say thanks to our customers for their support, patience and understanding over the past few months while I was helping care for my Dad, who sadly passed away a month ago.
I am very grateful for my excellent team who kept the show going while I couldn’t be at work.
We have a lot of work lined up, with a bit of a backlog, but we are getting through it as quickly as possible.
