Thomson Refrig | Air Con | Electrical is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced and motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technicians to join our growing team in Gatton.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in a wide range of work, including:

✅ Residential air conditioning installations and servicing
✅ Commercial refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance
✅ Fault finding and breakdowns
✅ New installations and system upgrades
✅ Preventative maintenance programs

What We’re Looking For

* Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
* Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* restricted Electrical Licence

JOB AVAILABLE: Service Assistant (Gatton)
We are looking for a new team member to join us for a full time role in our busy Gatton branch. As a Service Assistance your duties would include:
- Answering telephones, general customer enquiries over the counter & by telephone & making bookings
- Parts ordering & management
- Schedule management for multiple tradesmen
- Job management from start to completion
- Stock control
- Data input
Hours: 8am - 5pm
It is important you are able to prioritise your workload, work independently but also alongside other office staff in the same position & understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service & telephone manner at all times. Previous experience in an office environment essential.
We are very proud to offer a unique workplace unlike most others.
