Blower Door Test 💨

We recently put our Waurn Ponds build through a blower door test, and the results speak for themselves.

A blower door test pressurises the home to measure how much air is leaking through gaps in the building envelope. It’s one of the most accurate ways to assess a home’s thermal performance, and it’s a standard part of how we build at Enso.

Tight construction means less heat loss in winter, less cool air escaping in summer, and a home that holds its temperature without working the heating and cooling system as hard.
