Just a heads-up to anyone living in Lara — someone attempted to get into my work van at around 3:00 am this morning.

They may be targeting trade utes and vans looking for tools, so make sure everything is locked up and keep an eye out for anything suspicious.

The overall condition of this weatherboard home was pretty rough, to say the least, but we’ve given it a new lease on life. A bit of care, a lot of preparation, and it’s looking the part again.

Just a bit of prep work in this one. Taking it right back to bare timber and applying an oil-based undercoat to make sure it’s done properly and painted to last 20+ years.

Preparation is everything when it comes to a quality finish. 👌

This is often the difference between the more expensive quote and the cheap guy — the time, care, and preparation that nobody sees but makes all the difference in the longevity of the job.

Lots of pine on this one.

Finished off all the timber with an oil-based satin varnish while keeping the natural look of the timber.

A nice, clean finish and another one ticked off. 👌

Another one wrapped up for some awesome returning clients!

Earlier in the year we completed the full exterior repaint, and this week we came back to finish off the fences and gates to tie everything together.

The fresh Monument fencing and crisp white gates have really completed the look 👌
