What a wild week! 💪🔥
Feeling incredibly fortunate to have such a talented crew pushing through the challenges and delivering outstanding results on this project. The teamwork, problem-solving and attention to detail have been second to none.
This one has certainly kept us on our toes! The existing floor was out by 30mm, while the ceiling was out of level by 20mm in the opposite direction. Each unit also requires a 10mm perimeter gap around the timber reveals to allow for insulation foam.
To add another layer of complexity, the original timber windows were picking up part of the roof load. Aluminium windows and doors aren’t designed to carry structural loads, so getting this right required careful set-out, weeks of planning and plenty of collaboration.
Working closely with the homeowners, refining the design and details, and coordinating the right materials and supplies, we’ve developed a solution that brings everything together. The end result is going to be nothing short of spectacular! 👌
