3220 is Geelong's postcode, although I do travel to other postcodes. I help build and maintain the Geelong and area buildings and homes. For over 50K hours I have worn the nail bag as a fully qualified Carpenter, Joiner and Laboratory Craftsman (C.S.I.R.O)

I have also been the construction supervisor on many home build, townhouse development and renovation sites for most of that time

Bob White Electrics, a client I have really enjoyed working for and with requested a section of reception desk and cabinetry be removed to make way for a stand alone desk and chair.

Tenant did the right thing and advised the upstairs Living Room ceiling was showing signs of rain getting through. If I had to guess, 50% of tenants say something about a roof leak or bathroom caulking issue, the other 5...

Real estate agent sent through this front dishwasher panel repair job as I was working on that roof Air-Con and Box Gutter leak fix up a few posts back. Juggled this with that while it rained.

I hardly ever work Sundays...as I don't want to work much at all actually 😂 like most of us...but bills to pay and worki...

This site is a very busy one, tonnes of landscapers and the tiler was working in two of the rooms for these doors.

Since I replaced three door frames and hung new factory doors last week why not do some more doors this weekend?

It was raining inside the shop... and that's not great...

Had to rectify a really bad air con install method, fix the box gutter damage and subsequent roof leaks it caused over the last few days.

Making it even more satisfying was the doors and door frames needed to be wrapped externally in Colorbond sheetmetal.

Client has a workshop factory building with 3 doorways that needed replacing. Years of faithful use have come to and end for these.
