We’re a local family-owned business based in Gerringong on the NSW South Coast, and we love helping create homes that stand out.

What started with custom garage doors has grown into complete architectural façade solutions. While our aluminium batten garage doors are still our most popular product, we also design and install custom front doors, gates, fencing and architectural screening to tie the whole look together.

This project features a custom flush mount batten garage door paired with matching façade cladding, finished in Kwila Deco battens over a Monument backing for a clean, contemporary look. To tie it all together, we installed a matching Kwila front fence with Monument rails, creating a cohesive finish that perfectly complements the landscaping.
It’s all in the details—when the garage door, façade and fencing work together, the result speaks for itself.

Facade cladding install day at our Windang project. 🔨
This one features a flush mount batten garage door with full facade cladding, creating one seamless architectural finish from the street.
Finished in Silver Wattle battens with Monument backing, it’s a timeless combination that adds warmth while keeping a clean, modern look.

Welcome to the team Sam the Chippy!
Sam’s been with us for a few months now and has already made a strong impression. A qualified carpenter by trade with a real eye for detail, he’s been getting stuck into building custom doors and has fitted in with the crew from day one.
When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find him chasing waves in summer or heading up to the snow in winter.
A few of Sam’s favourite phrases:
🔨 “Pass me the plum stick.”
🔨 “Give me that pre-drill.”
He’s also never too far away from a smoko run, and mention Chikos or Frango’s and he’ll go weak at the knees.
A top bloke to have around, Sam has slotted into the team seamlessly — just like one of our flush mount doors. We’re looking forward to watching him continue to grow and become an even bigger part of the RAC crew.
