MPV Group is looking for an experienced Solar Installer / Team Leader to join our growing team, based in Gladesville and working across Sydney.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a team keep jobs running smoothly and deliver clean, safe and compliant solar, battery and EV installations.
We’re a family-owned business with 30+ years of experience, delivering trusted electrical, solar and security solutions for homes and businesses across Sydney.
You’ll be working on quality residential and commercial projects with a supportive in-house team, with a company vehicle included and long-term career opportunity available.
Previous solar, battery and EV experience is ideal, along with strong leadership skills and a current electrical licence.
