Why choose Termi-Build Certifications:
• Brendon is a licenced builder with over 25 years’ experience on the tools and is always looking for practical low-cost ways to assist to rectify any issues that may arise on site.
• Tina will undertake all preliminary assessments as soon as the approvals are sent through and advise of any potential planning issues.
• We are fully accessible, with direct contact with Tina in the office and Brendon on the worksite. You won’t get the run around being transferred trying to contact us, if you call we will answer or get back to you in a timely fashion.

• Timely approvals: straight forward building approvals can be processed within a working week. Approvals that require Bushfire Assessments will be two working weeks to assess. Any approvals subject to Ancillary Council Approvals, the wait time for these approvals is out of our control; however, once these approvals are received your building approval will be ready to release.
• We can assist with all ancillary applications for: Plumbing and Water Connection, Driveway Applications, Boundary Relaxations, Amenity and Aesthetics Applications and Exemption Applications.
• We will keep you up to date with upcoming legislation changes to ensure that you are prepared prior to the legislation being released.
• We are long term Gladstone Locals and your money spent with us will remain in the region and not elsewhere.
