Every great journey starts with a foundation — and this home was one of ours. One of the early-day houses built by Darrin Price Constructions, it reminds us how far we’ve come and how our commitment to craftsmanship has stood the test of time.

From the clean lines and corrugated finishes to the open, welcoming layout, this project set the tone for the quality and care we bring to every build today — and yes, this flooring is tongue‑and‑groove mixed‑species hardwood, adding warmth, durability, and that timeless character only real timber can deliver.

He’s since become a key member of the team, and earned a reputation for being a motivated, reliable and diligent apprentice who demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth. Considered a candidate for early completion, Kayne is destined for an exciting future.
