Today, we are proud to recognise a truly significant milestone as Tony Baldwin, our General Manager, celebrates 20 years with McCosker Contracting.

Today, we celebrate one of the ocean’s most remarkable creatures and recognise the importance of protecting the environment they call home.

At McCosker Contracting, we are proud to support the conservation and rehabilitation of sea turtles through our long-standing partnership with the Quoin Island Turtle Rehabilitation Centre . For more than a decade, the Centre has provided care, treatment and a second chance for injured and sick turtles from across Central QLD and the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

Protecting our environment isn't just about the projects we deliver — it's about leaving a positive legacy for future generations. Through our support of the Quoin Island Turtle Rehabilitation Centre, we're helping ensure these incredible marine animals continue to thrive in our local waters.

Every turtle rehabilitated and released back into the wild is a reminder of what can be achieved when community, conservation and commitment come together.

💚 We'd encourage everyone to visit and follow the Quoin Island Turtle Rehabilitation Centre page to learn more about their important work.

Most people can recognise when a mate has a physical injury, but it can be much harder to identify when someone is struggling mentally or emotionally.

You don't need to have all the answers. Often the most important thing you can do is start a conversation and genuinely listen.

A simple check-in can make a significant difference.

Ask the question. Listen without judgement. Encourage support if it's needed.
